Louèn Diamonds is a trading name of Louèn Essentials BV , located at Kennemerplein 6-14, 2011 MJ Haarlem (Note: not a visiting or return address!) , the Netherlands. Registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98307932 .

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Louèn Diamonds and to every agreement concluded via www.louendiamonds.com between you as a customer and us as a seller.
By placing an order through our webshop you agree to these terms and conditions.
We like to keep things clear, honest and service-oriented.

2. Products

Our jewelry is made of real 14-karat gold with top-quality lab-grown diamonds.

  • All diamonds are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). a globally recognized independent laboratory. More info: igi.org
  • Our gold is certified by Waarborg Holland , the official Dutch assay office. More information: waarborg.nl
  • Our factories are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and operate according to high ethical, social, and environmental standards. More information: responsiblejewellery.com
  • Each piece of jewelry comes with an IGI certificate. The Waarborg Holland hallmark is also engraved on the jewelry as proof of authenticity and quality.
  • Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to natural diamonds, but are produced without ecological damage or mining.
  • We offer a carefully selected basic range. What you see in the webshop is what we (mostly) have in stock.
  • No customization or personalization . this way we keep things clear, quickly deliverable and returns friendly.
  • Product images have been carefully created. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Each product is photographed individually. This means the photos you see are of the actual product you may receive. There are no generic photos.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT and shipping and return costs.
We reserve the right to change prices, but the price stated at that time always applies to an order.

4. Ordering & Payment

Ordering is easy through our webshop. After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation.
You can pay safely with us through a secure payment environment using the following methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Klarna (pay later)
  • PayPal

When using Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions also apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is always free and insured via FedEx.
  • You will receive a track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.
  • In case of delays, we will contact you proactively.

6. Right of withdrawal & Returns policy

You have a 30-day reflection period from the day of receipt.

  • Returns are easy and free of charge.
  • Returns are handled using a return form and a FedEx label! Please note that our warehouse address is different from our office address.
  • If you return the full amount, you will receive a full refund.
  • The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Still unsure? Try the jewelry on a soft surface at home, but don't actually wear it. this will preserve your right of return.

Because we do not provide custom work, you can return anything within our range.

7. Warranty

  • Because we believe in the quality of our products and are closely involved throughout the entire production process, we are certain our products are of excellent quality. You therefore have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, falls, misuse or chemical influences.
  • If you have any problems, please contact us at customerservice@louendiamonds.com. We're happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Don't worry. We'll help you get the product back to us so we can determine the issue and find a suitable solution.

With each piece of jewelry you will receive:

  • An IGI certificate for your diamond(s)
  • A hallmark of Waarborg Holland on the gold

Is your jewelry in need of a makeover outside of the warranty period? We'd be happy to discuss cleaning or polishing options with you. Feel free to email us for advice.

8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Let us know at customerservice@louendiamonds.com. We'll respond within two business days.
Can't we reach an agreement? We can't imagine that. However, you can contact the European Dispute Resolution Commission via:

Satisfied customers are our best advertising. You'll soon be able to read reviews on our site or platforms like Trustpilot or Google.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Privacy

We handle your data with care. Our privacy policy explains how we protect and use your data.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or IT outages), we may be temporarily unable to fulfill our obligations. We will always keep you informed in such cases.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
Any disputes will, if necessary, be submitted to the competent court in Haarlem.
