With whom is your data shared?

  • FedEx, for delivering orders.
  • Shopify, our webshop platform.
  • Email service providers, for example for newsletters.
  • IT and security partners, for hosting, updates, and protection.

How long is your data stored?

  • Order and invoice data are stored for 7 years, as required by the Dutch tax authorities.
  • Emails and customer service records are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact.
  • Newsletter subscription data is stored until the user unsubscribes.
  • Account details are retained until the account is deleted.
  • Cookies and analytics data are stored for a maximum of 14 months.
